CRISELDA F. SERNA
PHARR – Criselda F. Serna, 82, died Thursday, July 13, 2017, at her residence in San Juan.
Criselda was born in Pharr and lived there all of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Refugia Serna; four sisters; and two brothers.
Ms. Serna is survived by her four nieces, Marylou (Abel) Medrano of San Juan, Melissa (Rolando) Rodriguez of Pharr, Yvette (Charlie) Flores of San Juan, Cristina (Angel) Najera of Broadway, North Carolina; two brothers, Juan (Olivia) Serna, Sr, Leopoldo Serna, both of Pharr; and a sister, Raquel Flores of Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Sunday, July 16, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday July 17, 2017, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
