Juan F. Zuniga is either one unlucky guy or the victim of his own demons. Last Friday he was stopped by McAllen police for a minor traffic violation. No big deal. But when the officer ran his license, an outstanding warrant out of Elsa popped up, and Zuniga was promptly taken into custody.
