If there is still a construction job on which Texas Descon L.P. is still working, The Advance News can’t find one. The public jobs from which the once-huge construction company has been let go include PSJA ISD, IDEA Public Schools, city of Pharr, city of La Joya, Roma ISD, Driscoll ISD, Robstown ISD, Harlingen ISD, Sharyland ISD, city of San Juan and the city of La Feria.
