The City of Pharr Police Athletic/Activities League is currently accepting registration for the Youth Boxing Program. This program is available for boys and girls, ages 5 through 18. All classes will be held at the P.A.L. Boxing Gymnasium located at 413 E. Clark Ave. The registration fee is $30.
