McALLEN – McAllen’s biggest event of the holiday season will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, city leaders announced during a press conference Monday at La Plaza Mall. If you like huge colorful balloons similar to the ones flown during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, this is the place to see them in person without having to travel to the Big Apple.
