Busy weekend – approximately 1,900 illegal aliens arrested

Ed. note: Every week, on an almost daily basis, the U.S. Border Patrol’s RGV sector chief, Manuel Padilla, Jr., with 34 years of service, logs on to his Twitter account to release news of what his agents and those assigned to other local law enforcement agencies are doing with regard to safeguarding the border.
From some of Padilla’s latest tweets (edited for brevity) posted between Oct. 11 and Oct. 15:
• The past two weeks clearly indicate Fiscal Year 2019 will be busy. We are seeing increased numbers in arrests, rescues, gangs, and high fraud numbers in family units.
