Rape case gathers steam on Facebook
La Joya ISD – I wish the mother of the five-year-old girl who was allegedly raped by a 14-year-old male student last April would give me a call (956-783-0036), because there are some questions I would love to ask her.
The Facebook page she created Sept. 21 – “Justice For Her” – is now a shadow of what it was last week. Most of the posts have been taken down, including the ones posted by the boy’s family, asking the mom to please cease and desist. Reading people’s posts calling for the murder of the 14-year-old boy, well, clearly that would prove disturbing to his family.
