GLORIA R. FLORES

SAN JUAN - Gloria R. Flores, 75, went home to our Lord Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at her residence in San Juan. Born in Tamaulipas, Mexico, she had lived in San Juan most of her life. Mrs. Flores will be missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Rodriguez Espinoza and Mercedes Rodriguez Miranda; 11 siblings. Mrs. Flores is survived by her loving husband, Tomas Flores of San Juan; six children, Azael (Larissa) Flores of Boerne, TX, Francisco Javier (Helen) Flores of McAllen, Hugo Roberto (Carolyn) Flores of San Juan, Jose Eduardo Flores of San Antonio, TX, Omar (Daniel) Flores of San Juan, Alejandro Flores of Houston, TX; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elva Fuentes of Edinburg and Mercedes Urbina of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Visitation was held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service took place at 12 noon Friday, July 13, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment followed at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
