Jackson Place Apartments’ Appraisal Not Nearly Complete

During this past Pharr City election, the winning slate, Pharr Forward, took exception to an ad that the opposing slate, Pharr Strong, posted online and published in this newspaper May 3, which declared that the $34.6 million Jackson Place Apartment project now under construction on the southeast corner of Jackson and Sioux roads was recently appraised at only $7 million.
