City of Pharr ranked 4th in Rising Housing Markets - Smaller City Edition

PHARR – The City of Pharr tied for 4th in the nation in a recent study, “Rising Housing Markets Smaller City Edition,” by Smart Asset, “a financial technology company that uses data to help guide major financial decisions” such as home buying, according to its website.

In light of this recent positive housing news, and to commemorate the commencement of new housing options for families in Pharr, the City of Pharr and the Pharr Economic Development Corporation hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for West Oak Manor, a new single-family-home subdivision in Pharr. The groundbreaking ceremony was held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, at the northwest corner of Sugar Rd. and Minnesota in Pharr.
