Never the folks you want to see show up at your office door, FBI special agents were in Edinburg last month visiting city hall with subpoena in hand, asking the city manager for any and all documents related to the planned La Sienna Apartment project.

The reason for the subpoena, however, who or what they are investigating, remains a mystery.
