McAllen ISD race: game of dirty pool?

McALLEN – While I wait for McAllen ISD to process my public information request for the evidence it has tied to the grievance filed against Superintendent Jose Gonzalez, it’s clear that someone is doing some digging into at least one potential school board candidate behind the scenes. (Back stories about the grievance were published in The Advance over the past three weeks).

By the way, according to a source who’s seen at least most of the evidence, there doesn’t seem to be anything that will prove decisively that Gonzalez did anything wrong, aside from perhaps a case of questionable judgment.
