Official grievance has been filed?

McALLEN – I called McAllen ISD’s Office of Communications Tuesday with one simple question: Has the school employee mentioned during last week’s school board meeting actually visited the district’s human resources (HR) office this Monday to file an official grievance against the superintendent? I was told by the communications director that she would check into it and get back with me; but by the close of Tuesday, still no word. Several school sources, however, tell me that the employee at the center of last week’s school board meeting, which actually turned into a knock-down drag-out fight before it was over, has indeed filed an official grievance with the district.
