The Sudatenland revisited

In 1938 Adolph Hitler once again used the pretext that ethnic Germans living in the Sudatenland required his protection and that the region had to be annexed by Germany. Neville Chamberlain betrayed the residents and signed a treaty with Hitler ripping their freedom from them while declaring that his actions assured “peace in our time”. Churchill, on the other hand condemned the measure and asserted that an appeaser was someone who fed others to a crocodile hoping he would eat them last. Folks, it’s all happening again. Take note that when Chamberlain resorted to appeasement it resulted in the Second World War. Vladimir Putin is the new Hitler. Like Hitler he put on a big show by hosting the Olympics in his country. And like Hitler he has now set off to take over part of another country’s real estate because there are people there that speak his language. In addition, of course, he wants to protect his Black Sea fleet which was in no danger and which is perfectly capable of protecting itself.
