Why Americans are angry

Why do so many Americans seem so angry this election? I say it has a lot to do with decent-paying J-O-B-S, or the lack thereof. I try to write editorials that are centered on local events. That’s really the job of a local newspaper: write about local topics. Sometimes, however, news from outside the RGV is so outrageous, I just can’t help myself. In this case, what McDonald’s has done raises my blood pressure to such an extent, I have to write about it. The fast-food restaurant has a lot of Golden Arches in the Valley, so what they did in Ohio may also affect workers here. So in a sense, it still is local news.
