High school football coaches: over-worked; under-appreciated

It’s that time of the year again – high school, middle school football -- when coaches not only have to deal with harsh climate conditions, 102 degrees on the practice field, but stress from parents who see their kid one day making it to the NFL. Only things don’t seem to be working out that way. And it has to be the coach’s fault. “Why isn’t my kid starting?” Uh, because there’s a kid with more talent? Hey, we all can’t be Mozart if you want to compare football to music.
