As I'm writing this I can hear outside the sound of heavy equipment preparing Eldora Road for a new asphalt surface. I can't say enough in praise of Precinct 2 for coming to our rescue here and making the repairs. It's been a few months since I took a picture of a school bus driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid massive and pervasive pot holes which rendered the road all but undriveable and extremely dangerous. The county has already performed similar construction on nearby Sioux Road to our south.
