MISSION – Threeterm incumbent State Representative Sergio Muñoz, Jr. announced his bid for re-election to the Texas House of Representatives. Muñoz, a Democrat from Mission, is seeking a fourth term as State Representative of District 36. District 36 encompasses all or parts of the communities of Granjeno, Hidalgo, McAllen, Mission, Palmview, and Pharr.
