PHARR – Now that the local elections are finally over, except for the Precinct 2, Place 2 July 1 runoff between “Jerry” Muñoz and Eloy Treviño, political watchers in the Hub City are asking the question – will “Polo” Palacios run again for mayor? The May 2015 Pharr municipal election includes four seats up for grabs – the mayor and three commissioners.
