McALLEN – How ironic. On the front page of the July 27, 2016 Advance News, the headline above the fold read: “Feds raid Pharr pharmacy.”
The subhead read: “Compounding drugs big business.”
A year later, the headline is eerily so similar; only this time the pharmacy is in Penitas, but there is still a Pharr connection because the “marketer” in question (mentioned in the headline) is a former Pharr city
