Pharr revamps media department

PHARR – The City of Pharr is in the midst of changing its media department at both the full-time in-house level and at the consultant level. 

Last week, the city entered into a $4,000-per-month contractual agreement with KM International to train Pharr’s media department employees.

KM is owned by Karina Cardoza and Mike Robledo, but according to Pharr Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, Cardoza will be the one working the Pharr job.
