Pharr Police Athletic League, Pharr PD host 13th Annual Junior Academy graduation ceremony

The Pharr Police Athletic League (PAL), Pharr Police Department hosted the 13th Annual Junior Academy graduation ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 21, at the Tierra Del Sol Community Center located at 700 E. Hall Acres from 6:30 to 10 p.m., with the Honorable Judge Rose Guerra Reyna, 206th Judicial District Court Judge, as the keynote speaker. The overall purpose of the program is to motivate young people between the ages of 14- 18 years of age to educate them about the criminal justice system, increase leadership skills and encourage community participation.
