ALAMO – As reported in last week’s Advance News, it appeared that the city of Alamo was getting set to change its ambulance provider, Pro-Medic, because of its alleged failure to live up to the agreement it had with the city: 95 percent of all emergency calls must be responded to by an ambulance crew in 10 minutes or less. But any dismissive action on the part of the city commission was put on temporary hold two weeks ago, thanks to a temporary restraining order (TRO) signed by County Court at Law #7 Judge Sergio Valdez.
