IDEA Public Schools file LLC?

What’s the end game behind IDEA Public Schools’ filing late last year to gain status as an LLC (limited liability company)?

The Advance News Journal filed a public information request with IDEA Jan. 27th asking for information related to formation of IDEA Public Schools USA LLC but has yet to hear back. By law, the huge charter-school outfit has 10 business days to reply.
