Millions at stake with no transparency?

When someone in the public spotlight who is making a lot of money courtesy of the taxpayer doesn’t return phone calls to The Advance, it makes us want to dig deeper into their public business and ties to elected officials.
Such is the case now with L&G Engineering and B2Z Engineering, which is now in negotiations with the county to sign a contract that will give it work as part of the program management team that will oversee construction of the new projected (prior to any and all change orders) $150-million Hidalgo County courthouse.
