The City of Pharr receives beautification grant from Keep Texas Beautiful

Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) has recognized Pharr as a recipient of the Native Garden Grants Program. Through funding from Keep America Beautiful (KAB) and Lowe’s, Keep Texas Beautiful will provide 13 drought affected KTB affiliate communities with the support and materials needed to create and maintain a native plant demonstration garden. The City of Pharr is honored to be one of the few cities selected in the State of Texas to help improve our environment.
