PHARR – The City of Pharr and Rio Grande Valley College (RGV College) will host a celebration this week for a special announcement. The special announcement will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, at RGV College in Pharr (5419 N Cage Blvd.).
Established in 2008, RGV College has established itself as one of the most sought-after vocational schools in the Rio Grande Valley for its A+ grade level education.
