Why is IDEA Public Schools refusing to disclose the reason behind its formation of two LLCs (Limited Liability Company)?
The Advance News Journal submitted a Public Information Request last month to IDEA, but ran into a brick wall, which came in the form of letter from its attorney, San Antonio-based Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP.
