PHARR – During a regular-called meeting of the Pharr City Commission on Thursday, March 6, 12 noon, the following city council members were present: Mayor Leo “Polo” Palacios, Mayor Pro Tem Adan Farias, and city commissioners Oscar Elizondo, Roberto “Bobby” Carrillo, Arturo Cortez, Aquiles “Jimmy” Garza and Edmund Maldonado.
