Go, Big Ed. Just when I’m starting to feel old, I read about Texas’ Big Ed Beckley. He’s 63, weighs 300 pounds of pure machismo, and he’s still doing motorcycle daredevil tricks. And, well, reading about Big Ed, I’m not feeling so old anymore. Go, Big Ed. You’re an inspiration, that’s what you are. Actually, Ed Beckley says he chose his career path after watching Evel Knievel jump a row of cars on the back of a motorcycle in Kansas in 1971.
