I know I should probably be a better role model to the kids and talk up the clean-cut guys who drink protein shakes and run eight miles a day. But the sad truth is, I’ve always rooted for the bad boy in sports. 

Guys like Thomas “Hollywood” Henderson, the Joe Namaths of the world, Babe Ruth, whose idea of a “nutritional diet” consisted of a beer and a hot dog and three blondes before breakfast.
