RODNEY CURTIS (R.C.) ROBIE
PHARR – Rodney Curtis (R.C.) Robie was called home to the Lord on May 8, 2017 at his residence in Pharr, TX. RC was preceded in death by his parents, Glen R. and Maysie M. Robie and brother Robert L. (Bob) Robie. He is survived by his wife, Olivia Robie of Pharr. His sister Glenda Berthold (John) of San Antonio, his children T.J. Robie of College Station and Julie Robie of San Juan. Stepchildren Melissa Sakata (Scott) Reedly CA, Sylvia Hinojosa of Pharr, Ruben Garza (Suzie) of San Antonio, Iris Terry (Travis) of San Antonio and Dr. Joey Garza (Xenia) of Weslaco. Grandchildren Joshua Adame, Jacob, Marcus and Simon Hinojosa, Jude, Xayda, Jiada and Xienna Garza, Trace III, Jade and Pillar Garza, Matthew Sakata, Isaiah Perez, great granddaughter Mackenzie Hinojosa and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation and celebration of life was held Sunday, May 14, 6 p.m. at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston in Pharr. Interment services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 15, at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Services were entrusted to Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston of Pharr.
