2014 Flag Football League registration underway

The City of Pharr Police Athletic League is now accepting registration for the 2014 Flag Football League. Registration will be held through Sept.12, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open to the upcoming first through third graders.
