Alamo city secretary charged with leaking sensitive info to criminal organization

ALAMO -- In light of last Thursday evening’s arrest of this city’s interim city secretary, Crystal Denise Garza, after which she was charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, some in this city were already posting on social media that Garza’s arrest was politically motivated.
Alamo Police Chief Baudelio Castillo said he hadn’t heard that claim, but did say that Garza’s arrest had nothing whatsoever to do with politics.
