LUIS MANUEL VASQUEZ
SAN JUAN - Luis Manuel Vasquez, 65, died Thursday December 21, 2017, at McAllen Medical Center.
Mr. Vasquez was born in Villa Aldama, Tamaulipas, Mexico and lived in San Juan since 1984.
He is preceded in death by a son, Luis Manuel Vasquez, Jr.; and his parents, Beatriz and Porfirio Vasquez.
Luis Manuel is survived by his wife, Angelita Vasquez of San Juan; a daughter, Amanda (Daniel) Linkletter; a grandson, Luis Daniel Linkletter, both of Orlando, Florida; three sisters, Maria Guadalupe Vasquez, Martha Elva Vasquez, Martina Beatriz Vasquez; and a brother, Miguel Angel Vasquez, all of Villa Aldama, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
