Judge Rodolfo “Rudy” Delgado has resigned and retired but now must spend at least part of his “Golden Years” battling a federal bribery charge that is going to cost him a lot of money to fight, but how it ultimately plays out is the real kicker. Will he remain a free man, or be the occupant of a federal prison cell?
Delgado officially announced his resignation last Monday. In his letter of resignation, he wrote that although “the media has reported the allegations, please know that there is much more to the story of what happened than is being disclosed by the government.”
