San Juan extends city manager’s contract one year; hires new assistant city judge
SAN JUAN – Short news bits about San Juan:
After the end to City Manager Ben Arjona’s 90-day probation that began last October, and for which the city commission majority never gave a reason outside of executive session, the commission voted unanimously last Tuesday to extend his contract for another year.
“I’m thankful for the commission’s support,” said Arjona, “and I look forward to continuing to be a part of this city’s progress as San Juan continues to move forward.”
