PHARR – Andrew Johnson III is a Houston-based attorney (Johnson Petrov LLP) whose work includes the creation of P-3s (public-private partnerships). In the Rio Grande Valley, he’s done work for both the City of Pharr and Edinburg, helping their newly created non-profits move into the development of apartment complexes.

Pharr’s Jackson Place Apartments (288 units upon completion) on the corner of Jackson and Sioux roads will be wrapped up by the early part of next year. The first apartments are expected to be occupied next month.
