Forged a fed judge’s signature

Former Hidalgo County Court-at-Law No. 6 Bailiff Oscar De La Cruz had it bad at the beginning of last month, May 7th, when he was charged with a federal crime: “Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Distribute More than 5 Kilograms of Cocaine.”
On May 9th, things took a turn for the worse when a superseding indictment was filed that accuses De La Cruz of forging on a federal search warrant the signature of U.S. Magistrate Judge Dorina Ramos:
“On or about March 7, 2017, in the Southern District of Texas and within the jurisdiction of the Court, defendant Oscar De La Cruz did knowingly forge the signature of Dorina Ramos, a United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Texas, for the purpose of authenticating a document, to wit, an Anticipatory Search and Seizure Warrant.”
