Edinburg CISD, 16 schools earn Texas Honor Roll distinctions

EDINBURG – The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District recently announced that it is one of seven school districts in Texas to be recognized as an Educational Results Partnership Honor Roll District for its high achievement and student success. Additionally, 16 Edinburg CISD campuses earned Honor Roll School distinctions, which are the most schools selected by any district or charter school in the region.
“We are honored that Edinburg CISD has been selected as an Honor Roll District. We are equally excited that 16 of our campuses were named Honor Roll Schools,” ECISD Superintendent Dr. René Gutiérrez said. “We want to thank all of our students, parents, teachers and staff for their hard work and dedication for reaching these academic achievements.”
