After fourth bombing, Austin police believe they’re dealing with a “serial bomber”

For the fourth time this month, a bomb exploded in an Austin residential neighborhood Sunday night, seriously injuring two people and alarming law enforcement that a sophisticated “serial bomber” might be at work in Austin’s capital city.
The most recent explosion appears to have been triggered by a tripwire mechanism, police said, signifying a level of sophistication and perhaps randomness that hadn’t been seen in the previous bombings, police said.
