McAllen Memorial softball player signs with Coastal Bend College

Aileen Rodriguez, four-year letterman for McAllen Memorial, signed to play for Coastal Bend College of Beeville Jan. 22 at Memorial High gym. In three seasons, Rodriguez has batted .315 with an on-base percentage of .387 while playing centerfield. She earned All District Honorable Mention as a freshman, was All District Second Team as a sophomore and made the First Team last season as a junior.
