I don’t think my new money-making idea is a crime, per se: I’ll offer would-be white-collar crooks how to play it smart instead of dumb. I’ll teach them how to steal and lessen the chance that they’ll get arrested. Just to ensure that I’m not breaking any laws, state or federal, I won’t advise them to turn dirty, of course. The choice to become a white-collar criminal will be left solely up to them. But if they do become a crook, at least they’ll know the best ways to steal money and avoid risk of capture.
