MARIA LUISA MARTINEZ
EDINBURG – Maria Luisa Martinez, 61, went home to our Lord, Thursday, October 12, 2017, at her residence in San Antonio.
Mrs. Martinez is preceded in death by her father, Casimiro Salinas, Sr.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Edmundo Martinez; two children, David E. (Roxy) Martinez, Cristina (Rolando) Lopez, all of San Antonio; four grandchildren, Olivia Marie Lopez, Zack Lopez, Camila Alexandra Martinez and Casimiro David Martinez; her mother, Victoria Salinas of Edinburg; and four siblings, Oscar (Delia) Salinas of Mission, Ester (Alvarado) Salinas, Elena Lopez, Casimiro (Sandra) Salinas Jr., all of Edinburg.
Visitation was held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Sunday, October 15, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service took place at 10 a.m. Monday, October 16, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment followed at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.
Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
