ISABEL GOMEZ GARZA
SAN JUAN - Isabel Gomez Garza, 66, died Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roberto Garza; her parents, Guadalupe Gomez and Guadalupe Farias.
Isabel is survived by her six children, Maricela (Tina Gutierrez) Garza of Weslaco, Robert (Susan) Garza of Missouri City, Texas, Marylily Garza of McAllen, Clarissa Garza, Mateo Fabian Garza, both of San Juan, Mark David (Yoly) Garza of McAllen; 15 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and six siblings, Martha Rodriguez of Weslaco, Maria Gonzales of Alvin, Texas, Lupe Gomez, Jr., Joel Gomez, Magda Gomez, and Marivel Gomez, all of San Antonio.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, December 1, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. A private burial will follow at Santo Nombre Cemetery in Santa Rosa, Texas.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
