CESARIO SILVA III

DONNA – Cesario Silva III, 43, was called home to be with our Lord on October 4, 2017, at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital in San Antonio.
Mr. Silva was born in McAllen and lived in Donna all of his life.
He is preceded in death by his father, Cesario Silva Jr.
Cesario is survived by two children, Cesario Silva IV and Cassandra Silva, both of San Juan; his mother, Thelma Silva of Donna; two siblings, Catarina (Eli) Alvarado and Cristobal (Irma) Silva, both of Donna; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Sunday, Oct. 8. Funeral service took place at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment followed at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
A reception took place immediately following the funeral at Memorial Event Center, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Pallbearers were Cristobal Silva, Eli Alvarado, Mero Cantu, Juan Silva, Ramiro Salinas, Carlos Lopez. Honorary pallbearers were Cesario Silva IV, Erasmo Alvarado IV, Anthony Banda Silva, Brandon Banda Silva, and Caleb Alvarado.
Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
