Hidalgo County standardizing employee pay

EDINBURG – Hidalgo County Human Resources Director Raul Silguero Jr. said a standardized classification and pay plan is expected to be presented for approval by Commissioners Court next month, with implementation in place for the April 30 payroll.
After months of review and input from departments, final changes should be ready for either the April 3 or April 10 Commissioners Court meeting, Silguero said.
