PSJA wrestler signs with Waldorf University

PHARR - PSJA Early College High School Senior Ashbby Alvarado signed a letter of intent to wrestle for Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa in front of her family, coaches and friends during a special ceremony at her school March 7.
She has been the Team Captain for the last 3 years, wrestling at the 119 lbs. weight class. She has been a Regional Qualifier since 2015, was this year’s District Champion, Tri-City Champion and has qualified for State.
