Those of us who are tired of working for a living (which includes small-business owners) need to keep a close eye on the lawsuit that a female Donna resident has filed against a large Weslaco franchise restaurant and bar. If she can cash in to the tune of $5 million, perhaps we can, too. Goodbye, work.
According to plaintiff’s lawsuit filed late last month, she is seeking $5 million or less. In other words, enough money to compensate the plaintiff for the injuries she suffered in January 2016, courtesy (allegedly) of a large Weslaco franchise restaurant and bar.
