New motion for continuance in Melissa Patterson trial?

Judge will decide this Wednesday

As a lead-up to the Melissa Patterson capital murder trial of Marty Knell, approximately 300 people showed up as part of a jury pool last Wednesday out of which 12 jurors and two alternates were to be selected, but there is still some work left to be done before the final 14 can be chosen.
Last week, for as-yet unknown reasons, her attorneys filed another motion for continuance. The judge trying the case, State District Judge Noe Gonzalez (the 370th), will decide Wednesday whether or not to grant the new motion.
